Kobe Fireworks Festival

Crowds from different places really attend this kind of event, many are dressed with their beautiful kimono's. Japanese women really look good in a kimono. I thought it was just an old fashion thing here, but NO, they wear it with pride and elegance.

The "Hanabi", which literally means "flower fire", promptly commenced at 1930H or 7:30pm as we know it. Call that Japanese time for on time!

Each batch of fireworks lasted for 2 mins. Whenever the people would get awe of an impressive hanabi pattern, you would just hear them say "SUGOI! SUGOI!". hehe. The whole Hanabi Festival finished around 8:15pm, and I could say that it's my first time to attend a fireworks event that big.

You can check out my PHOTOS and VIDEO section for some ... uhmmm... photos and videos of the said festival. hehehehe.
Made in JAPAN

Yey! Praise God I arrived in Kansai International Airport (KIX) yesterday around 7:33pm local time. Everything was smooth... no delays, plane landed early.

As I was on the taxi, which looked like a coaster, on my way to the hotel, I had a vision. I believe it's one of the reasons why God gave me this trip. I saw a vision of the Philippines being like Japan, or better. I know many will be pessimistic about what I just said and say that it's impossible, but heck, I don't care what other people may say. With God, nothing's impossible. As long as I know it's from Him, I'm sure He wants me to be part of that plan and do it. Honestly, I didn't feel like I was in another country. This place has lots of lights at night. It's rare to see a road that's unlit. What amazed me was there are so many building on top of the mountains. If you've seen Tagaytay from SLEX at night, multiply that by hundreds and get closer, that's what they have here.

I really admire their infrastructures. They've got...

Cleansing from Mildew

It felt so great to get something from the old testament, especially Leviticus, when all you can read are rituals and stuff, which becomes boring after a while. hehehe.

Thank God He revealed something to me, just when I asked Him to. Just wanna share what I received.

=========================

July 3, 2008 (11:18pm)

Read Leviticus 14:33-57.

house = man
mildew = sin
priest = Jesus (The High Priest)

This illustrates the importance of letting Jesus inspect what's inside of us. Let Him take out what's been contaminating our body, to prevent it from spreading and corrupting our life.
In the old testament, to purify the house, a sacrifice had to be made and blood to be shed. But with Jesus, He had to sacrifice and shed His blood once, only to make us pure for eternity.

Just have to...

        How long does it take to forgive someone? How long SHOULD it take? years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes, seconds? Who suffers when you you don't forgive? Everyone gets affected.

Got home from a car incident along Timog. A friend's car got hit by another when it was getting out of a parking space. I can say that the damage was not that bad, though the front bumper got deformed with the size of a basketball. How would you respond to such situation?

I say, if you are a Christian, act like one. Forgive immediately (It may not be easy, but it's possible). Unfortunately, that didn't happen at that moment. The scene was left the same way when the incident happened. Traffic got jammed, drivers got irritated, and what more can you imagine. Yes, I know that when stuff like that happen it should be reported to the authorities for clearance or something (I don't know exactly what to call it). But the thing is, it CAN be settled immediately if you would only do it His way. It happened a...
